A SENTIMENTAL GODWINK

A SENTIMENTAL GODWINK

SQuire Rushnell

“I was baking my usual PUMPKIN PIES, feeling privately SAD and sentimental.

One of our twin sons, TIM, had died in a car accident two and a half months before.

I had a tradition of baking one pie for each of our four kids. I would CARVE the INITIAL OF EACH CHILD in the TOP.

When I opened the oven to take out the pies, THREE were SMOOTH on top. But, ONE PIE had a PERFECT 'T'... already split in the pumpkin.

That made me SMILE.”

We tend to express our gratitude for the “big” things God has done for us.

Yet, like Carolyn, you have many SMALL GIFTS ... often delivered as GODWINKS. Let's thank Him for all of those too.

Do you have a story to share? www.ShareYourGodwink.com.

Iyou're curious about the array of Godwink stories in our 13 books... you can windowshop here.

Many good wishes for abundant Godwinks today.
