ON YOUR TRIP... MAKE ROOM FOR A PASSENGER

“As we departed on our TRIP cross-country TOWING OUR CAMPER on busy interstate highways, we PRAYED asking Jesus to JOIN US, keeping us safe.

In Indiana, a man pulled up next to us and shouted that one of our rear stabilizing jacks had DROPPED DOWN and was about to touch the ground!

My husband immediately pulled into a REST STOP and sure enough, not only had it dropped down, but had BROKEN apart. Worse, my husband's toolbox didn’t have the necessary tools.

There was only one other vehicle in the parking area. A utility truck. TWO MEN walked over and asked if they could help.

They had JUST THE RIGHT TOOLS to safely remove the jack so we could continue our journey.

We offered them money but they refused, asking in return, that we SUPPORT union tradesmen like themselves.

I told them my husband, our sons, our grandson, and our nephew are all union tradesmen.

We shook hands and agreed that we all need to HELP ONE ANOTHER.

As they drove away I remembered that we’d begun the trip asking Jesus to keep us safe. HE SURE DID!

We got back on the road, thanked Him again, and before we knew it… were passing a huge barn with a sign on it ... a Godwink... “Praise the Lord Jesus”!

With a grateful heart,

Mary Jane B.

We're now in the season when many will be TRAVELING the highways. Let us be reminded of Mary’s experience… to START EVERY JOURNEY with a PRAYER and ask God to come for the ride.

We hope you'll share any Godwinks you experience along the way.

And remember, every long trip is better with a couple of GODWINK BOOKS on AUDIBLE

Great story, there’s always room for Jesus in our hearts and our lives if only we make it a habit to remember to remove all the old baggage first. Praise The Lord forever and ever Amen. Thank you for sharing your story with us. We sure need to hear more about what Jesus is doing in our daily lives today. God bless you all.
