GODWINKS CAN MAKE YOU LAUGH AND CRY
“A few years ago, my MOM’S house in Vermont was damaged by a Northeaster causing her to move into a RENTAL place for eight months.
I’d visit her everyday. Mom was my BEST FRIEND and we were very close.
She was a Hungarian Gypsy… and always called me her “GYPSY GIRL”.
Three years later Mom passed away. I was DEVASTATED.
A friend, hoping to help my grief, gave me a Godwinks book which started me looking for SIGNS from God about MOM.
One day, feeling so LONELY for her, I drove up to that rental property where she had stayed.
I was just sitting in the parking lot PRAYING AND CRYING … telling God how much I missed Mom.
As I backed up to leave, I realized I had been parked next to an old TRUCK. Now I could see the LICENSE plate… and it FLOORED ME.
It said ‘GYPSY’.
I just sat there staring at that license plate… smiling… laughing and crying!
I said ‘THANK YOU, God.’
I knew right then that God had heard me and I would be alright. I drove back home with a big smile.”
