“My husband had been OUT OF WORK for a long time and we were only GETTING BY day by day. 

My PRAYERS were becoming more URGENT.

On my morning walk I sensed an inner ‘Voice’ that said, ‘BE STILL and know that I am God!’

‘But... but...’ I sputtered, and heard again … ‘Be STILL!’

‘But Lord, you see...’

‘I said be still!’

And I imagined Him adding, ‘Do I have to come down there?’

I laughed!

Oh, it felt so GOOD to laugh! God DOES have a sense of humor.

And wouldn't you know it? I relaxed all of my worries ... and HE GOT US A JOB!”

This Godwinks testament is, in itself, a Godwink to me. I have been relegated to being still, literally, due to a surgery. Now, 10 weeks later, I was up and getting so much better. Then I tripped on a step, broke my right foot, and now, 4-6 weeks of recovery is required. Over my mantle IS the Be Still and Know That I am God plaque. It’s not just a “sign”. This timing is perfect and helpful for me. God speaks through His people. Ya’ll are His people. All good, In Jesus name. Limping Lisa 🦶🤔😊
