Vol 1 – Sunday School Rock presents Kingdom Chums Little David’s Adventure, produced in live action and animation, transports three children to a fantasy place where they meet the Kingdom Chums animals and participate in the famous story of Little David. The lessons for children include dealing with fear and standing up to bullies. 
Songs are composed by Joe Raposo, of Sesame Street fame, and sung by Gospel Award winner Sandi Patty. 

Vol 2 - Sunday School Rock presents Kingdom Chums Original Top Ten, is an animated musical adventure in which three children revisit the fantasy land where the Kingdom Chums characters hold a contest. Each of the songs explains one of the Ten Commandments. Whoever correctly identifies the meaning of the song, wins that recording. 
Kids at home vicariously try to identify the songs resulting in children from many countries learning to sing the Ten Commandments … a.k.a “The Original Top Ten”. The songs and voices are by Debbie Boone, Frankie Valli, Tony Orlando, Marilyn McCoo, and Billy Preston.

Glad I found it

I watched this as a little kid on vhs. Never could find it on dvd when I got older. Now that I’ve found it, I learned that it was volume one of two. It was great and a lot like I remembered. Hope my nieces and nephews like it too.

disk did not play

The disk would not play stated no color format available. Not certain what region the disk is in, as it did not come in a case. It's one of my favorite movies as a kid ordered a new player for more regions hope it plays when that arrives.

Hi Charles... we want to thank you for your order of the Kingdom Chums DVDs. Yet, I'm very sorry that they did not play in your DVD player.

We order our duplications through a supplier that provides the latest technology, comparable to the DVDs made for the leading Hollyood Studios.

We have found, however, that due to changing technology, our latest-generation DVDs may not play back in earlier-generation DVD players. I suspect that the new DVD player you have ordered will most likely solve that issue.

If it does not, we will refund your purchase price for the two Kingdom Chums, and will send you, free of charge, an earlier-generation duplication of the Original Top Ten movie... apologizing that we do not have a comparable earlier version of Little David's Adventure. I had kingdom chums and David when my son was small and we would watch it all the time and one of the things I really liked about the kingdom chums is that it talked about the 10 Commandments and that was great for a kid growing up. Now I get to share it with my grandson because he’s never seen what his dad used to watch when he was younger.

Your note warms our hearts, Debbie... nothing pleases us more than hearing that the Kingdom Chum characters, that God placed on my heart years ago at ABC TV, are still reaching children with timeless messages from the ancient scriptures. Thank you. SQuire

Did not receive dvd I ordered just hats

I had ordered the kingdom chums DVD collection and when I received the package in the mail it only had 2 hats inside.
